I can’t see my bank in Bank Statements Online, what should I do?

Please note this article applies to

Bank Statements Online solution or BSO provided by illion Australia supports most Australian banks. More information on Bank Statements Online can be found here. However, if your bank is not supported, you can choose to email your proof of income later if your merchant partner accepts it. Acceptable proofs of income are payslips, tax statements, and other documents that clearly state your income for a specified period.

If you have opted for a manual income verification process, you will receive an email with guidance on acceptable income documents that must be provided. Please note, this process will require a humm staff member to review your application that may require contacting you and may take longer.
