I receive an “unsuccessful” error when submitting bank statements. What should I do?

We recommend closing your current session and retrying by clicking on your personalised Bank Statements Online link in the SMS that you would have received from humm. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you can send three months of your statements to [email protected]. You must submit the application before humm can review it
