You can give us feedback or escalate an unresolved concern through our compliments and complaints form. Feedback will be lodged and passed on to our humm team for consideration.  

If you’ve lodged a complaint of unresolved concern, we will contact you within 10 business days.  

If you are unhappy about the resolution of your concern, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) helps individuals resolve disputes with financial service providers. You can reach them  by calling 1300 135 504, or use their online complaints form to lodge a complaint.
