How will I know the status of my application?

Once you submit your application (and if you have used Bank Statements Online), we will let you know the status of your application almost immediately. The status will be shown on the application screen, and we will also send you an email advising you of the same.  

If you have opted for a manual income verification process, you will receive an email with guidance on acceptable income documents that must be provided. Please note, this process may require a humm staff member to contact you for further details and review your application and may take longer.
